If you’ve been through abuse, a relationship that’s left you feeling pretty awful, or a trauma of any kind - please know you’re not expected to deal with this without support. There are a number of amazing resources, guides, books etc that are free for you to use. I’ve used SO many of these myself and they’re pure class. I’ll keep adding to this list so do send me any more you can think of.

Obviously these are completely subjective – what worked for me may not help you, and that’s OK. There’s an abundance of free information and support out there. We’ll find them together if you like.
